Crew Console makes it easy to share job-related photos, videos, notes, and attachments with the right people without digging through folders or resending files manually.
Sharing Files Directly from a Job
For any job that has photos, videos, plans, or attachments added to it, you can share those files directly with employees assigned to that job.
Open the job, click into the photos, videos, or attachments you want to share, and select the Share button. From there, choose the people you want to send it to. Once shared, they’ll receive a text message with a link specific to that file. When they tap the link, the file opens right on their phone.
This works for things like plan sets, reference photos, videos, or any other files tied to a job.
Finding All Job Files in One Place
In the Tracking section, you’ll see two areas: the Company Library and Files.
The Files section automatically collects every photo, video, and attachment that’s been added to any job across your company. Everything is stored in one place, making it easy to find files later without remembering which job they came from.
Files can be searched and filtered, and you can share them the same way. Click on any file, press Share, select the people you want to send it to, and Crew Console sends them a text with a direct link.
Built for Fast Field Communication
Whether a file was added today or weeks ago, you can quickly send it to the right crew members by text. There’s no need to re-upload files or track them down. If it’s in Crew Console, it’s searchable, shareable, and ready to send to the field.
