Sending access by SMS to an employee
From the homepage, click the Login Link option and choose the employee you want to invite. When you send the link, the employee receives an SMS text message with your company’s unique login link and their personal PIN. This allows them to open the app and sign in immediately, without downloading anything from the App Store or Google Play.
Sending access by SMS to a staff member
You can also use SMS to send the login link to staff members. For security reasons, staff will only receive the company link in the text message. Their password is not included.
After sending the link, you should share their password separately by text or email so they can complete their sign in. This keeps access secure while still making onboarding quick and simple.
