The Schedule page in Crew Console is where everything comes together. It gives you a clear view of your jobs, your people, and how work is organized across days, weeks, and months.

When you first open the Schedule page, you may notice a view that shows jobs that are not yet placed on the calendar. This simply means those jobs are not scheduled in the current view. Once you add a job to a date, it disappears from the unscheduled list for that time period, but it is always available to be scheduled again if needed.

This makes it easy to manage new jobs without cluttering your active schedule.

To schedule a job, select it from the list and place it on the calendar.

You can
Schedule it for one day
Schedule it for multiple days
Add start and end times if hourly scheduling is turned on

Each time you add a job to the calendar, it becomes an event. You can move it, extend it, or shorten it at any time if plans change.

Crew Console gives you several ways to view your schedule depending on how much detail you want to see. You can switch between daily, weekly, monthly, or hourly views, and even compare two days side by side. These options make it easier to focus on short term planning or long range scheduling without losing clarity.

You can also filter your schedule by job color, time range, or other criteria to quickly find what matters most at that moment.

On the left side of the Schedule page, you will see your resources, including employees, crews, and equipment. Crews act like folders that group people together so you can assign teams more efficiently.

Creating a crew is simple. In case you missed the instructions, you can review it here. Once your crew is set up, you can add employees to it either by dragging them in or by editing their profile. This keeps your schedule organized and makes it easier to assign the right people to the right jobs.

Employee profiles can include photos, which appear directly in the schedule view if you choose to show them. This can be especially helpful for larger teams or companies with multiple crews, making it easier to recognize who is assigned where.

You can also expand job details in the schedule to see more information at a glance, and export your schedule as a PDF whenever you need to share it.

The Schedule page is designed to be flexible and easy to adapt to the way your team works. Whether you are planning a single day or coordinating weeks of work, Crew Console gives you the tools to place jobs, organize crews, and adjust quickly when plans change.

Once you are comfortable with this page, scheduling becomes faster, clearer, and far more efficient for everyone involved.
