If you’re not receiving text messages from Crew Console on your Android device, the first thing to check is your phone’s spam or blocked message settings.
Go to your Settings, then open Spam and Blocked Messages. From there, you’ll see a list of messages or numbers that are currently blocked.
If you see a Crew Console message in that list, such as a nightly reminder, tap on it and mark it as Not Spam. This allows messages from that number to come through going forward.
Once it’s unblocked, you should start receiving Crew Console messages normally. It’s a quick check that can save you from missing schedule updates, reminders, or job notifications.
