If you’re not getting text messages from Crew Console on an iPhone, one setting to check is Filter Unknown Senders.
Start by opening Settings on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap Messages.
Keep scrolling until you see Filter Unknown Senders.
Make sure this setting is turned off.
If Filter Unknown Senders is turned on, your iPhone may block or hide messages from numbers that aren’t saved in your contacts, including Crew Console reminder texts. With this setting turned off, messages from Crew Console will come through normally.
After changing the setting, keep an eye out for your next reminder or notification to confirm everything is working.
