The Link Events feature lets you connect as many events as you need so they move together on the schedule. Once events are linked, they stay linked until you intentionally break that connection. This is ideal for related jobs that need to stay in sequence when dates change.
How Linking Events Works
- Open an event and click Link
- Select the other events you want connected
- Press Done to confirm
After linking, the events are tied together even if they start on different days.
For example, if one job starts on the 18th and the others start on the 19th, moving the first job from the 18th to the 19th will automatically push the other jobs to start on the 20th. When you save the change, all linked events shift together while keeping their original spacing.
If you move the event back to its original date, the linked events return to their original positions as well. You can also move any event in the linked group, not just the first one, and the remaining events will follow.
Breaking a Link
- Click on any linked event
- View the list of linked events
- Press the X next to the event you want to unlink
Once the link is removed, that event moves independently. Any remaining linked events will still move together.
Why Use Link Events
Link Events saves time and prevents scheduling mistakes by keeping related jobs aligned. It allows you to adjust dates quickly, maintain job order, and manage multi job projects without having to reschedule each event one by one.
