The Show Job Color Key feature helps every scheduler understand what job colors mean on the schedule. When enabled, it automatically displays the colors used to schedule jobs and allows you to add labels next to each color.
Each color can represent whatever makes sense for your operation. Some companies use colors for job types, others for crews, phases, or priority levels. Once you label a color, that meaning is saved and stays visible.
This color key is shared across the system, so any admin or scheduler who opens the schedule can instantly see what each color represents.
