Crew Console’s deep search lets you find employees using more than just their name. You can also search the notes stored under each employee profile, making it easier to locate the right people quickly.
Search Internal Employee Notes
Notes stored under an employee’s name can include text, videos, and attachments such as certifications, training records, or expiration dates. These notes are internal only and are not visible to the employee.
Filter by Certifications or Requirements
If you store a note like “OSHA 30 expires 10/20/28” under an employee profile, you can simply type OSHA into the search bar. Crew Console will filter the employee list to show everyone with that note.
Schedule the Right People
By searching employee notes, you can quickly find workers with the same certifications or qualifications and schedule them based on job requirements. This removes guesswork and saves time when building schedules.
