Before you start working in Crew Console, it is a good idea to add quick access to your home screen. This makes it easier to open the program every day without searching for the website.
Create a desktop shortcut
One simple option is to create a shortcut to your company’s Crew Console page.
Start by copying your company specific web address from the browser. You can press Ctrl C on your keyboard or right click and select Copy.
Next, minimize your browser and right click on your desktop. Choose New, then Shortcut. Paste the link using Ctrl V or by right clicking and selecting Paste. Click Next, give the shortcut a name, and select Finish.
Now you have a desktop icon that takes you directly to your Crew Console account whenever you click it.
Install Crew Console on your computer
If you are using Google Chrome, you also have the option to install Crew Console directly on your computer.
In the browser, click the Install option in the address bar. Once installed, Crew Console will run like a desktop app. An icon will appear on your desktop, and clicking it will launch the program instantly.
