Topics: Get Started, Job Tracking

Any time someone uploads a photo, video, or document in Crew Console, it is automatically stored in the Tracking area. This gives you one central place to manage all job related media across your entire company.

To view uploaded files, go to Tracking and open Files. Here you will see every photo, video, and attachment that has been uploaded from the field or office.

Files can be searched by job name, the person who uploaded them, date, or any description attached to the file. This makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for, even when you have years of data.

You can quickly narrow results to see specific content. For example, you can filter to view only videos uploaded by a specific employee. This is useful when reviewing work, audits, or training content recorded from the field.

Files do not have to stay inside the system.

You can right click a file and copy its link, then share that link by email or text. Anyone with the link can view the file, even if they do not use Crew Console.

You can also export files as a CSV. The export includes details such as upload date, job, task, and a direct link to each file. The links can be clicked to open the file directly.

If a foreman records training videos on jobs, you can search and collect those videos later. This allows you to build an internal training library using real field footage and share it with new hires.

You can edit notes on photos and videos to make them easier to find later. Adding clear descriptions improves search results and organization.

If a photo or video does not belong in the system, admins can delete it at any time.
