When you need to assign a large group of people and equipment to a job, you do not have to add them one by one. Crew Console lets you schedule entire crews at the same time, saving a lot of time when building out your schedule.
How Bulk Scheduling Works
Bulk scheduling allows you to select multiple people, full crews, or a mix of people and equipment, then assign them to one or more jobs in a single action.
How to Schedule Multiple People or Crews
- Click the Select button
- Choose an entire crew, or open a crew and select specific people and equipment
- Confirm your selection by pressing Done
At this point, you will see a total count of everyone and everything selected.
- Choose the job or jobs you want to assign them to
- Unselect any jobs you do not want
- Press Done
All selected people and equipment will be added to the job at once.
Faster Scheduling With Less Clicking
This feature is especially useful when assigning full crews to a single job or quickly moving manpower onto a specific day. Instead of dragging individuals one at a time, you can schedule everyone in one shot and keep your workflow moving.
