Android phone Memory Issue

If Crew Console isn’t loading properly or you can’t upload photos on an Android phone, one quick thing to check is your phone’s available memory (RAM). When too many apps are running in the background, it can cause apps to freeze, lag, or not open correctly.

First, close any apps you’re not using:

  • Tap the Recent Apps button (the square or three-line button)
  • Swipe away apps running in the background

Next, restart your phone:

  • Hold the Power button
  • Tap Restart

This clears temporary memory and often fixes app issues right away.

Some Android phones have a built-in tool:

  • Open the Search Bar
  • Type in RAM Plus
  • Select Memory
  • Tap Clean Now

This will close all the background apps and safely frees up RAM without deleting data.

Once your phone restarts:

  • Open Crew Console again
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Confirm the app is fully updated in the Play Store

In many cases, clearing RAM and restarting the phone is enough to get Crew Console running normally again. If problems continue, check your phone’s available storage and remove unused apps, photos, or videos to free up space. You should also make sure your phone’s software and the browser app are fully up to date, as outdated versions can cause performance issues.
