Now that you have created your Crew Console account, you are set up as the super administrator. This gives you full access to every feature in the system, along with control over company settings and billing.
Understanding your administrator access
When you open the Employees and Staff section, you will see yourself listed as the first active user. As the account creator, you automatically have every feature enabled. As you add more employees, this list will grow and reflect your expanding team. You do not need to configure everything right away. These settings will be covered in more detail in later training.
Setting up your company information
From the homepage, click the three bar menu in the top left corner to access your main settings. As a super administrator, you can manage company information, timekeeping, scheduling, global settings, and billing.
A good first step is adding your company details. Upload your logo and enter your address and basic information. Your company logo will appear throughout the system, including on the main page when employees log in, making the experience more professional and easier to recognize.
Navigating the main sections
Back on the homepage, you will see the core areas of Crew Console including timekeeping, scheduling, and tracking. Each of these tools plays an important role in managing your projects and your team. You will explore each one in detail in upcoming training, but for now it helps to become familiar with where everything is located.
Sharing access with your team
One of the most important tools at this stage is your company login link. This link is unique to your business and makes it easy for employees to access Crew Console. You can download or print the QR code connected to this link and post it in a common area at your office or shop. When employees scan the code, they are taken directly to the app and can install it on their devices in just a few steps.
With these basics in place, you are ready to begin building your Crew Console system and preparing your team for a smooth rollout.
