When you open an event, you will see an option labeled Add Employees to Event Note. This feature lets you quickly insert employee contact details directly into the event note, making communication easier for everyone involved.
Any employees you add using this button are placed into the note automatically. If you need to make changes, you can click the pencil icon to edit names or details without leaving the event.
The biggest benefit comes when the note is sent out as a text message. Phone numbers included in the event note are recognized by the recipient’s phone as clickable numbers. This allows them to tap the number and call the employee immediately, without copying or searching for contact information.
This feature keeps all key contacts tied to the job, reduces back and forth calls, and helps crews and managers connect faster from the field.
